World Connect invests by giving grants directly to communities to activate ideas that originate within communities. 95% of the community-led development initiatives we invest in succeed because communities lead. 80% of our investments are sustaining at five years post-investment and 15% are showing compounding impact - ripple effects - from our initial investment. 60% of the communities we invest in are receiving their first investment. To date we have impacted 2.4+ million people around the globe with increased access to health, education, economic opportunity, and a safer environment.
