Andrew Holgate

Andrew Holgate is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in digital governance, IT project management, and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Technology & Admin Management at the World Food Programme since May 2011, Andrew has led the implementation of IT security best practices and managed cross-functional international teams. Prior roles include Team Lead & Senior Drupal Expert at Reply S.p.A, Team Lead at ElsagDatamat S.p.A, and various positions at Volkswagen, where Andrew coordinated digital transformation projects and managed software engineering teams. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Information Technology and Psychology from The University of Western Australia.
