Emma Conlan is a strategic humanitarian and development leader with over 20 years of experience across the Pacific, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Currently serving as Deputy Country Director for the World Food Programme’s Pacific Multi-Country Office, Emma leads operations in 14 countries with a focus on emergency preparedness and food security. Emma's expertise includes humanitarian logistics, partnership development, and program management, with an emphasis on integrating themes like Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI). The career has included significant roles at Oxfam and the World Food Programme, along with academic credentials, including an M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the University of London.
