John Sitor is an experienced Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist with a focus on food security, resilience, and agricultural economics. They served as the Head of Research-Assessment-Monitoring & Evaluation at the United Nations World Food Programme from 2011 to 2022, overseeing various evaluation activities and contributing to decision-making processes across multiple country offices. Previously, John worked with CARE International in Ghana as a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer and with GIZ as a Value Chain Facilitator, where they supported smallholder capacity building and agricultural value chain analysis.
