Mark Brown, MSc, is currently an Incident and Problem Manager at the United Nations World Food Programme and an Enterprise Architect, where they develop IT standards and policies for the organization. With previous experience as a Project Manager at GlaxoSmithKline and an IT Technical Project Manager at National Westminster Bank, Mark has a strong background in IT service management. They also played for the London Wasps RFC and worked as an Analyst at Enterprising the Architecture. Mark holds a Master’s degree in IT Service Management from The University of Northampton, earned in 2012.
