Thomas Morley is an accomplished supply chain management professional with extensive experience in humanitarian operations and procurement. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Management at the World Food Programme since October 2018, Morley supports critical operations in Rwanda to combat malnutrition and ensure the timely delivery of food to vulnerable populations. Previous roles at the World Food Programme include Regional Procurement Officer and Deputy Regional Procurement Officer, where Morley managed procurement across multiple countries in North Africa and the Middle East.
