Chip Gramke has a strong background in finance and accounting, with a focus on controllership roles. Chip started their career in 1990 as a Branch Controller at The Waldinger Corporation and later became an Accounting Manager at Ritchie Paving. In 2000, they joined Western Industries as a Controller and continued in that role until 2008 when they moved to United Technologies - Wichita Cabins. At United Technologies, they served as a Controller for five years before joining Matrix Aviation in 2013 as a Controller. Chip then transitioned to Professional Aviation Associates as a Controller in December of the same year. Finally, in 2015, they became the CFO at World Impact Inc.
Chip Gramke attended Wichita State University from 1978 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.

We partner with churches, organizations, and denominations to ensure leaders are empowered to build healthy churches in every community of poverty. Our Core Ministry Programs: Church-Based Seminary The World Impact Urban Ministry Institute resources and trains urban church leaders. We provide affordable and accessible seminary-based training for men and women in communities of poverty everywhere. Urban Church Planting Our Evangel School of Urban Church Planting trains Christian workers to plant healthy churches among the urban poor. This training is specifically designed to equip teams to reach under-resourced communities. Prison Ministry Through our Onesimus Workshops, we train church leaders and workers to succeed in discipling those who have been incarcerated. We also offer Church-Based Seminary for those who are behind bars. Trauma Healing World Impact’s Trauma Healing Program equips urban ministry workers and leaders to facilitate Bible-based healing groups. Participants can choose to be trained to lead their own healing groups, exponentially expanding the ministry.
