World NGO Day (February 27) is an official global awareness day celebrated in 145+ countries, honoring NGOs, nonprofits, CSOs, and the people shaping a better world. Recognized and endorsed by the EU, EEAS, UNESCO, UNDP, the Council of Europe, governments, and communities worldwide, it celebrates over 10 million NGOs and more than 1 billion supporters.

The World NGO Day Global Council is an advisory body uniting leaders to preserve this legacy, shape cultural narratives, and amplify global impact through art and creative expression.
