World Opera Lab creates new intercultural opera-performances as a reflecting of the diversity of urban societies. We create unique performances with artists from different artistic traditions, in the open-air, in theatres and in debate-centres, connecting communities. 

Opera tussen culturen

World Opera Lab maakt interculturele opera-voorstellingen, doet onderzoek en geeft workshops. WOL maakt voorstellingen waarin het overstijgen van culturele verschillen en de dialoog tussen disciplines een leidend principe is. Maatschappelijke thema’s worden op poëtische wijze bevraagd door in een kruisbestuiving van muziek en dans uit verschillende artistieke tradities.
