WORLD PROPERTY VENTURES (WPV) is a global real estate technology Venture Studio operating at the true intersection of Main Street America, Silicon Valley innovation, Wall Street capital, and DARPA-caliber disruption.

WPV funds, builds, owns and scales a portfolio of next-generation technology companies engineered to solve foundational inefficiencies in the world’s largest and most analog asset class: Real Estate.

The firm operates as a digital manufacturing platform — systematically building companies, RWA tokens, and digital currencies at planetary scale to reduce transaction friction and costs, minimize market fragmentation, automate legacy processes, better inform market participants, and unlock liquidity across the $600+ trillion global real estate value chain.

Powered by AI-driven systems and modern financial infrastructure — and underpinned by a proprietary new capital architecture — “Financial Foiling” — WPV is designed to generate asymmetric returns and durable income streams while structurally mitigating downside risk. The model inverts traditional venture capital.

WPV is effectively the “anti-VC” of global real estate.

Its portfolio constitutes a full-stack real estate intelligence and transaction infrastructure layer, spanning digital marketplaces, search and discovery engines, mortgage platforms, data ecosystems, token exchanges, industry stablecoins, digital twins, blockchain-based title systems, geospatial intelligence, and AML tools.

This emerging ecosystem is reinforced by existing operating platforms, including THE WORLD PROPERTY JOURNAL — the #1 ranked “international real estate news” site by Google, and GLOBAL LISTINGS, the world’s largest property listings search platform, with over 3.2 million active listings across 112 countries, and growing.

The company was founded in Miami, Fl in 2024 by Michael J. Gerrity.
