Kirthi Jayakumar

Kirthi Jayakumar is a seasoned professional focused on empowering women and addressing gender-based violence through technology and community engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Community Engagement at World Pulse since November 2016, Kirthi has led initiatives such as developing a mobile app to aid women's safety globally. Additional roles include Gender Leader at The Bloom and Mediator and Facilitator at Civitas Resolutions, alongside involvement with organizations like We Are Feminist Leaders and Women7. Kirthi founded The Gender Security Project and created Saahas, an app and chatbot for survivors of gender-based violence.
