World Resources is a specialty distributor of window and door hardware headquartered in Texas. We supply mid-size manufacturers, installers, and distributors with the products, technical support, and responsive service they need to keep their businesses running.

What sets us apart is not just what we carry — it is how we operate. We stock what our customers need, we know our products at a technical level, and we treat every order and every relationship like it matters. Because to us, it does.
We are growing. That means new roles, real ownership, and the chance to be part of building something — not just maintaining it. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, want to be part of a tight-knit team, and are ready to grow alongside a company that is going somewhere.

In an effort to better serve our customers, we opened a distribution warehouse in the Dallas Metroplex in 2008. Centralized distribution has enabled us to support both our manufacturers and customers with logistical savings, inventory turns, and superior customer service. We work to create a mutually beneficial relationship for both our suppliers and customers.
