David M Hare

David M Hare is currently the Translation & Linguistics Coordinator and a linguist/Bible translator with World Team, serving in Cameroon since January 2021. Prior to this role, David worked at Bank of America from July 2008 to December 2011 as an Operations Analyst in the Advanced Training Team, where responsibilities included developing training curriculum and providing customer service training. David holds a BA in Communication/Theology from The Master's College (2000-2005), a Master's of Arts in Applied Linguistics from the Graduate Institute of Applied Linguistics (2017-2018), and is pursuing a PhD in Biblical Hebrew at the University of the Free State (2025-2030). Additional qualifications include a Certificate of Applied Linguistics from the Graduate Institute of Applied Linguistics (2012) and an MDiv in Christian Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (2005-2009).
