Deborah Cullen

Chief Financial Officer at World Tree

Deborah Cullen has a long history of financial and administrative experience. Deborah began their career in 1974 as Manager of Finance at the United State Postal Service, where they managed and directed activities that supported a $500 million expense budget, $30 million capital budget and $600 million revenue target. In 2000, they moved to Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. as Senior Manager, where they managed, coordinated and scheduled activities for audit teams, reviewed audit work papers and prepared client reports. In 2006, Deborah became Director of Finance at the City of El Segundo, where they managed all financial operations and long-term strategic planning for the city, including hiring and developing finance/administrative staff, development of a 5-year forecast, and the implementation of new budget software and upgrade of financial software. In 2015, they moved to the City of Rancho Palos Verdes as Director of Finance. Finally, in 2019, Deborah became Chief Financial Officer at World Tree.

Deborah Cullen obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix in 1994. In 1995, they attended The Wharton School for a Finance Management Program.
