Doug Willmore

Doug Willmore has over 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors. In 1985, they began their career as a Private Sector Development Officer for USAID. Doug then moved to Summit West as Chief Executive Officer in 1988. From 1996 to 1998, they were a Senior Consultant and Engagement Manager for London Perret Roche. Doug then joined Reference Pathology Services as Chief Executive Officer and one of two major shareholders in 1998. In 2005, they became the Chief Administrative Officer for Salt Lake County. From 2011 to 2012, they served as City Manager for the City of El Segundo. Doug then moved to the City of Bell, California as City Manager from 2012 to 2015. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer for World Tree.

Doug Willmore received their Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from George Mason University in 1983. Doug later went on to obtain their Master of Public Administration from the University of Utah in 1996.
