Deepak Kamra

Deepak Kamra is a seasoned venture capitalist and entrepreneur, currently serving as a General Partner at Canaan since March 1991, a firm that invests in innovative technology and healthcare startups. In addition to this role, Deepak co-owns The Inn at Mattei's Tavern, a luxury destination in the Santa Ynez Valley, and holds board positions, along with membership in the audit committees, at Turo and World View. Deepak's past experience includes leadership roles at Aspect Software, Pioneering in advanced call-center technologies, and at Rolm Corporation, a leader in digital telecommunications, which was acquired by IBM. Deepak's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Comm. from Carleton University.
