Ranjeev Dutt

Ranjeev Dutt is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in Agile transformation and technology management, currently serving as Head of Agile (Sr. Director) at World Vision Canada since June 2006. Ranjeev has successfully scaled Agile practices across 60 teams and implemented organizational planning processes, driving alignment among over 350 staff. Previous roles include Director of Enterprise Solution Services, where Ranjeev directed development teams to enhance operational efficiency, and Director of Technology Incubation, where innovation was fostered through emerging technologies. Ranjeev has also held various managerial positions, providing strategic oversight in areas like web development, IT security, and change implementation. In January 2024, Ranjeev became the owner of Value Mindset, offering leadership advice and coaching to help individuals reach their potential. Ranjeev holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology Management with a minor in Marketing from Ryerson University.
