Lesley Render

Lesley Render, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Operations Coordinator and Leave Administrator at World Vision USA since April 2024, following a role as Human Resources Operations Specialist from March 2022 to October 2023. Prior to joining World Vision USA, Lesley held positions at the Town of Christiansburg, VA, as a Human Resources Generalist from October 2019 to March 2022, and at WARM HEARTH AT HOME INC as a Certified Nursing Assistant from December 2016 to March 2021, also working as a Human Resources Generalist and Staff Education Assistant during tenure at Warm Hearth Village from July 2013 to October 2019. Lesley Render holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Liberty University.
