Jeff Chambers

Jeff Chambers is a non-traditional HR and executive search professional with over 20 years of experience in technology, life sciences, healthcare, and consulting organizations. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Campbell and James Executive Search, a HireNetworks company, Chambers leads high-level executive searches and focuses on building long-term relationships with clients. Previously, Chambers held various senior HR roles, including Executive Director at Covance and Chief Human Resources Officer at Vidant Health, where they managed comprehensive HR functions and implemented strategic initiatives to enhance organizational performance. Chambers holds a BA from Bucknell University and a JD from Villanova University School of Law, and has been a Board Member and Secretary/Treasurer at WorldatWork since 2005.
