Leah Davis, SPHR, CCP, began their career in marketing and sales, where they developed foundational business acumen. They transitioned to human resources, recognizing its critical role in organizational success, and have since held significant positions in Total Rewards across various industries. Leah served as Head of Compensation at The Guardian Life Insurance Company and is currently the SVP of Total Rewards at Warner Music Group, while also teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Sacred Heart University. Their expertise spans strategic compensation, benefits, and employee experience, with a commitment to transparency and employee well-being. Leah continues to contribute to the evolution of Total Rewards with a focus on pay equity and organizational effectiveness.
