Stacey Petrey

Stacey (Ball) Petrey, Ed.D., CCP, is an accomplished human capital consultant with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at WorldatWork since August 2019, Stacey has held significant positions, including Principal at PwC and Partner at Blue Matter. Prior to these roles, Stacey was a Board Member at the University of Pennsylvania and President of Petrey & Company. Notable past roles include Vice President at Bausch Health Companies Inc. and Mylan, as well as leadership in compensation and benefits at Perrigo Company plc and Raytheon. Stacey holds an Ed.D. in Leadership & Learning from The Wharton School, an MPS in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a BS from Penn State University.
