Timothy McLaughlin

Timothy McLaughlin is currently working as a Team Lead, Learning Experience at WorldatWork. Prior to this, Timothy was a Sr. Learning Experience Designer in a self-employed capacity, working with various organizations in instructional design and learning assessment. With a strong background in education and training, Timothy has also served as an Instructor at Pratt Institute and Columbia University School of Professional Studies. Additionally, Timothy has held roles at Pearson, Educational Testing Service (ETS), Sogang University, Jumpstart, and Wall Street English Korea. Timothy holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Linguistics from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
