Heather O'Brien

Heather O'Brien is a global partnerships builder and strategic leader with extensive experience in leading international negotiations and technology solutions focused on the blue economy. Currently serving as a Principal Accounts Manager at Analog Devices, they have previously held significant roles at organizations such as the United Nations and The Boeing Company, where they managed cross-functional programs and cultivated impactful global relationships. Heather is a graduate of Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs with a Master’s in International Relations and has also engaged in advanced studies at Harvard Law School. Their diverse background spans across multiple sectors, including healthcare, aerospace, and governance, enriched by a global perspective gained from living in 11 countries.
