Mark Ostrowski

Mark Ostrowski has extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Mark worked as the Regional Director of Compliance at American Racing and Entertainment, LLC from September 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Gaming Consultant from May 2018 to August 2019. Previously, they served as the Administrator/Director at the Illinois Gaming Board/State of Illinois from November 2005 to April 2018. Before that, they were the Chief Legal Counsel at the Illinois Gaming Board from November 2001 to November 2005. Mark began their career as an Associate Attorney at Clausen Miller from August 1999 to November 2001. Mark also gained experience as an Assistant State's Attorney at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office from March 1990 to August 1999.

Mark Ostrowski received their High School Diploma from Glenbard West High School in Glen Ellyn, Illinois in the year 1982. Mark then attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Creighton University, graduating in 1989.
