Alexander Birch

Alexander Birch is an experienced professional in the financial operations sector, currently serving as the EMEA Transaction Operations SME at WorldFirst since September 2017. Birch has held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Payments Associate in both Payment Investigations and Payment Operations, where responsibilities included addressing post-payment inquiries, enhancing team efficiency through data analysis, and managing Nostro reconciliations.
