Simon Thorneloe

Simon Thorneloe is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial management, reporting, and control across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at WorldFirst since October 2017, Simon oversees balance sheet and revenue control for a multi-entity group and is responsible for accounting data flows. Prior to this role, Simon held various positions at Close Brothers, including Finance Manager and Financial Controller, where responsibilities encompassed finance process design, SAP implementation, and regulatory reporting. Simon's career also includes significant contributions at Barclays, ranging from treasury change management to hedge accounting. An alumnus of the University of Bristol, Simon holds a degree in Physics with additional studies in Spanish.
