Steve Irvine

Steve Irvine is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management, DevOps, and service design, currently serving as the Devtools and Automation Lead at World First since November 2012. Steve has a strong background in managing multi-disciplinary teams, applying DevOps principles to server environments, and providing architectural guidance for agile development processes. Previously, Steve held roles including Infrastructure Manager at World First, DevOps at Sporting Index Group, and Service Design Manager at The Collinson Group and Ascent Media. Key achievements include developing a Powershell-based configuration management tool, leading climate change initiatives, and contributing to significant infrastructure projects. Steve holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics with Business and Management from The University of Manchester.
