Chadag Vishnumurthy Mohan is a Principal Scientist at WorldFish, part of the One CGIAR network, where they lead the aquatic animal health research cluster and One Health Initiative. With over 21 years of academic experience at the College of Fisheries, University of Agricultural Sciences in Mangalore, India, Chadag previously served as India Research Lead for WorldFish from 2016 to 2021. They have a PhD in aquatic animal pathology from the University of Stirling and have authored over 155 research papers. Prior to joining WorldFish in 2014, Chadag coordinated the Aquatic Animal Health Program at the Network of Aquaculture Centres in Asia Pacific (NACA) for 11 years.
