David Mills is a Principal Scientist at WorldFish, where they have also served as Country Program Lead for Timor Leste and Senior Scientist. They have been an Adjunct Principal Research Fellow at James Cook University since 2011. Previously, David worked as a Fisheries Scientist at WorldFish and as a Fisheries Biologist/Technician at CSIRO Oceans and Atmosphere from 1990 to 1994. David holds a PhD in Marine Ecology from the University of Tasmania, earned between 2001 and 2005.
