Sokcheng Phay

Sokcheng Phay is a Research Fellow at WorldFish-Cambodia, bringing a decade of experience in development economics, research, and project evaluation. They have held various roles, including Evaluation Specialist for the Cambodia-Australia Agricultural Value Chain Program and Social Protection Specialist at the General Secretariat for the National Social Protection Council. Sokcheng's academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the Royal University of Agriculture and Master’s degrees in Development Economics from The University of Göttingen and in Development Policy from KDI School of Public Policy and Management.
