Danielle Richards

Danielle Richards has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Danielle started their career at Designer Brands Canada in 2011, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative until February 2016. Danielle then transitioned to the role of eCommerce Order Fulfillment Specialist until March 2018. In March 2018, they joined Canada Goose as an eCommerce Operations Sr. Specialist for North America until March 2020. From March 2020 to October 2022, they served as a Product Owner, specifically for eCommerce Post Purchase at Canada Goose. Currently, they are working as a Product Lead at Worldline, starting in October 2022.

From 2012 to 2015, Danielle Richards attended Seneca Polytechnic, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Business Administrative Management.
