Diane Kauffmann

Diane Kauffmann is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in the financial services and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Worldline Financial Services and equensWorldline since December 2018, Diane oversees HR functions across various sectors within the organization. Prior to this role, Diane held senior HR leadership positions at SIX from December 2007 to November 2018, where responsibilities included directing HR for Benelux and Germany, as well as Luxembourg. Diane's career began at Goodyear, where roles included Manager of Human Resources and Administration and Manager of Human Resources for EEMEA Sales Operations, focusing on HR strategy development and organizational performance. Diane holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology from Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I).
