Dufour Marc

Dufour Marc currently serves as the Head of Service Delivery Manager at Worldline since September 2015, overseeing a team of seven Service Delivery Managers in areas such as Digital Banking, Trading, Financial Information, Open Banking, and ePayment. Prior roles include Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing eCommerce operations in large retail, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and overseeing delivery and maintenance activities. Dufour has experience as a Senior International Project Manager, directing international TC&S projects to ensure compliance with scope, quality, budget, and timelines, while also providing leadership to project teams. Additionally, Dufour led the Operational Excellence department, focusing on incident management and the implementation of Lean Management principles. Between May 2017 and March 2020, Dufour held a department head position at Worldline Global, where strategic planning for operational excellence was a key responsibility. Educationally, Dufour has engaged in intercultural competence development through Akteos and attended EF School.
