Eric Bouteillon

Eric Bouteillon has over 17 years of work experience in the software industry. Eric is currently working as a Software Team Lead at Worldline since November 2020. Prior to this, they were with Ingenico Group / Shaping the future of payment for 12 years, where they held various roles including Product Owner of Agile Software Development Team and Technical Leader. Eric also worked as a Software Engineer / Project Manager, developing cross-platform payment software for different platforms. Before joining Ingenico Group, Eric worked at Gemalto as a Junior EMV expert and Software Engineer. Eric also gained experience at the University of Minnesota, where they worked in the Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Vision Laboratory. Their early career involved a role as a Software Developer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.

Eric Bouteillon has a background in engineering. Eric obtained their Ingénieur Généraliste degree in Automatique from Télécom Physique Strasbourg in the years 2001-2004. Eric also earned a DEA Photonique, Image et Cybernétique degree, with a specialization in Automatique et Vision, from the University of Strasbourg within the same timeframe. In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained various certifications in topics such as DevOps, English language proficiency, virtual team management, and ethical hacking. Eric has also completed courses in data science, Apache Spark, Hadoop, and other subjects related to leadership and personal development.
