François Dufay

François Dufay has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

François is currently employed at Worldline, where they have held various positions since 2019. François started as a Directeur de Programme from August 2019 until October 2020, followed by the role of MS COO Industrialization from November 2020 to January 2023. Currently, they serve as the Head of Service Delivery.

Prior to joining Worldline, François worked at Crédit Mutuel where they served as the Président du conseil d’administration from May 2014 to June 2020.

From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Lectra as the Directeur des projets Corporate, Project desk and implementation services; Fashion.

François also had their own consulting business called PIW Consulting from March 2013 to January 2017, where they held the position of Directeur General.

Earlier in their career, they worked at ALL4TEC as the Directeur Institut de formation from November 2005 to February 2013.

Lastly, they worked at Wipro Consulting as a Client Engagement Manager from April 2010 to September 2010.

François Dufay has a diverse education history. In 1989-1990, they earned a Maitrise degree in AES from Université Paris Nanterre. François continued their education at Institut de Gestion Sociale (IGS), where they obtained a Bac + 5 degree in Management des entreprises option management de la qualité in 1992-1993. François also attended HEC Paris in 2004, studying Gestion d'entreprise. In 2008, they completed a course on Intermediate concepts of CMMi in Ingénierie du Logiciel at Carnegie Mellon. In 2012, they pursued further education in SCRUM at Eclipse and received training in CMMI for services at SEI. François also gained expertise in Digital Marketing from Shaw academy in 2015. Additionally, they hold certifications such as Lead implementer: ISO 27001 from LSTI and ITIL v3 from HP, and has obtained the CMMI DEV certification.
