Jonathan De Kryger

Jonathan De Kryger is an HR AI Innovation and Transformation Leader with a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence to benefit people. They have held roles such as Project Leader Early Careers and Talent Acquisition Partner at Worldline, where they managed recruitment strategies and led impactful campus initiatives across the Benelux region. Previously, Jonathan co-owned a multisport center and served as a Field Trainer and Recruiter at Adecco. They are currently pursuing a Management Programme in Successful Strategy Execution at Vlerick Business School, and work as the HR AI Transformation Lead at Worldline since 2025.
