Ralf Roijmans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, project management, and network operations. Currently serving as a Global Customer Success Manager and Global Customer Delivery Manager at Worldline Global since February 2019, Ralf contributes to the processing and securing of billions of electronic transactions annually. Prior to this, Ralf was a Project Manager at XPE Pharma & Science, focusing on account and service management, and spent over 15 years at AT&T in various roles including Carrier Management and EMEA Access Intervention, ensuring performance and service assurance for global connectivity. Earlier career experiences include roles at Cegeka as an AT&T Network Analyst and at De Floere vzw overseeing human resources. Ralf holds degrees in Communication Science from KU Leuven and Human Resources from Thomas More Kempen.
