Rik Legrand is currently the Head of Quality Merchant Services at Worldline, a position held since 2024, after serving as the Head 2nd Line Quality Merchant Services from 2021 to 2024. Prior to this, Rik held various roles at Worldline S.A./N.V., including Quality Manager for Payment Terminal Services & Solutions from 2017 to 2021. Rik's extensive experience in the field also includes positions as a Product Change Manager at Banksys and various leadership roles in production support and quality improvement. Rik earned a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a focus on Software Engineering from Hogeschool Antwerpen between 1988 and 1992.
