Andrew L. has worked in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry for the past seven years. Andrew began their career in 2015 as a Recruiter for Aerotek. In 2016, they took on two roles simultaneously as Talent Acquisition Partner for Hertz and Director of Recruiting for Pinnacle Growth Advisors. In 2019, they became Branch Director (Recruitment Operations and Sales) for Express Employment Professionals in Scottsdale, AZ. In 2021, they moved to Fullscript as Talent Acquisition - North America and is currently Head of Talent Acquisition for Higg.

Andrew L. attended Arizona State University from 2009 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
