Bob Paterson has over 20 years of work experience in Quality Assurance and management roles. Bob began their career in 1997 as an Assistant Kitchen Manager at C.J. Browns. Bob then worked as an Assistant Manager at Taco Johns from 1999 to 2002, and as a Cook at Mermaid Entertainment Center from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Activision as a QA Tester and Functional QA Lead, where they were responsible for database management, test plan and test case creation, and directing/entering regression. Bob left Activision in 2008 as a QA Manager. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Quality Assurance Technician at Mill Creek Entertainment, a QA Lead at Valley Internet, Inc., and a QA Lead at Lifestreams Technology Corp. In 2019, they joined Higg Co as a QA Manager.

Bob Paterson received a Master Certificate of Software Testing from Villanova University in 2013, with a focus in Quality Assurance. Bob also earned an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Brown College between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, they were certified in Essentials of Software Testing from Villanova University Online Business Programs.
