Kenneth Gleason has extensive experience in product management and technical program management. Kenneth began their career in 2005 as Design Team Manager and Technical Customer Service Supervisor at Homes.com, where they managed an 8 member product design team and supervised a 16 member team that supported 10,000+ subscription-based customers. In 2008, they joined Elsevier as Director of Product Management, where they built the first Product Management team, created long term strategy for the department, and owned and delivered on roadmaps for research publishing platforms & publishing tools. Kenneth also led product development for the JCore platform and Expert Gallery Suite researcher profile platform. In 2016, they joined HighWire Press, Inc. as Senior Product Manager, where they led the product development and technical program management of a new email marketing platform that sends 26,000,000 emails a month. In 2019, they moved to KQED as Product Manager, where they launched the KQED and PBS Education publishing platform and led the data analysis and analytics. Finally, in 2020, they joined Higg as Senior Product Manager and Technical Product Manager.
Kenneth Gleason received their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Florida State University in 2004.
