Lars Doemer

Lars Doemer is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of GoBlu International, a position held since 2015, where they focus on execution. They also serve as the Managing Director of GoBlu Deutschland and the Managing Director of GoBlu at Worldly, roles they began in 2022 and 2025, respectively. Previously, Lars worked at H&M as the Environment Responsible for Global Production and as a Global EHS Coordinator, and held various leadership positions in sustainability and management across organizations like gsm Asia and eco-tex. Lars completed an apprenticeship as a textile finisher and dyer in Germany from 1991 to 1994.
