Eric Ortega

Eric Ortega serves as the Employee Experience & Communications Manager at World Market since April 2018, where the role focuses on employee experience design and collaborative efforts with C-suite executives to foster cultural and organizational transformation. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner managing full lifecycle corporate recruitment and employer branding. Previously, Eric held the position of Human Resources Executive Team Leader at Target, coaching store management on staffing strategies and labor relations compliance. Earlier internships at Sentisis and Vitality Group provided experience in marketing and B2B customer acquisition within startup environments. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of California, Riverside, and has further studied Business Administration Management and Operations through the University of California Education Abroad Program.
