Rick Elberse is currently an HR Tech & Analytics Consultant at worldofwork™, serving as the Platform Lead for Cegid Talentsoft since 2021. They have a background in HR and data analytics, progressing to manage a team of data consultants before becoming a consultant to bridge the gap between people and technology. With experience in guiding organizations toward optimal use of technology, Rick has worked on projects involving performance management, data architecture, and analytics for diverse clients. They hold Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
