Tom Blackney has over three decades of experience in the technology and software development sectors. Beginning as a Computer Operator/Developer at Caltronics Business Systems in 1984, Tom progressed through various roles, including Consultant/Architect/Developer at California Software Engineering and Director of Software Development at PEI Genesis. From 1988 to 2008, Tom served as the Director of Research and Development at IBS US. Tom later held the position of Senior Director of Software Development at WORLDPAC and currently serves as the VP of IT Enterprise Solutions at WORLDPAC since October 2013. Additionally, Tom was Chief Software Architect at JefBar from 2008 to 2009.
