Andriy Bihun

Andriy Bihun serves as the Director of Technology and Chief of Staff at WorldQuant since August 2024 and has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Ukrainian Youth Association since 2016, leading a global organization for children of Ukrainian descent. Bihun's previous role at Oscar Health spanned over seven years, where contributions as Director of Engineering Operations included managing engineering operations and enhancing budget management processes. Additional leadership experience includes positions at ELEKS, Google, Amazon.com, i2 Technologies, and Bell Labs, with a substantial focus on technology innovation and team leadership. Bihun holds a BS in Computer Science from New York University, a BS in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union, and an MS in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University.
