Ankit Jalan is a highly experienced professional in the field of quantitative research and software engineering. Currently serving as the Regional Research Director and Vice President at WorldQuant since July 2019, Ankit has held roles ranging from Senior Quantitative Researcher to Quantitative Researcher within the company. Prior to this, Ankit gained valuable experience at Samsung Electronics from July 2015 to July 2017 as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, following a brief tenure as a Research Intern in May 2014. Ankit also contributed as a Content Developer at Avanti Fellows in December 2012. Ankit holds an M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, as well as a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering, both from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
