Brian R.

Brian R. is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within major firms. Currently serving as an AVP at WorldQuant since August 2022, Brian previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Bridgewater Associates from January 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, Brian was a Senior Human Resources Associate and HR Generalist at Genpact between March 2019 and December 2020, and served as an Employee Services Coordinator at Bridgewater Associates from July 2018 to March 2019. Brian began the career in student leadership at Fordham University, where, as Executive President of the United Student Government and Vice President of Fordham College Rose Hill, Brian facilitated communication between the administration and student body. Brian’s early experiences also include driving for the Department of Intercampus Transportation at Fordham and directing a Boy Scout program for the Hudson Valley Council. Educated at Fordham University with a Bachelor's Degree in History and Theology, and a minor in Irish Studies, Brian further pursued education at Queen's University Belfast.
