Guy Amir is a Senior Quantitative Researcher at WorldQuant since August 2021, previously serving as a Quantitative Researcher. Prior experience includes being an Applied Mathematics PhD Candidate at Tel Aviv University, where research focused on combining machine learning and classical approximation theory, from November 2018 to August 2021. Guy co-founded Project Helios and held the position of CTO from November 2017 to February 2020. In the role of R&D Physicist at HP from March 2017 to October 2018, and as a Research Assistant at the Laboratory of Turbulent Multiphase Flows from October 2014 to September 2017, contributions to research in related fields were made.
