Hardik Agarwal

Hardik Agarwal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and research. Currently serving as Regional Research Director at WorldQuant since March 2016, Hardik has previously held positions as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank from June 2015 to February 2016 and as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in mid-2013, where key contributions included identifying bottlenecks in Derivatives Trade Cash Flow Matching. Additionally, Hardik demonstrated leadership skills as the General Secretary of Hostel-5 at IIT Bombay, overseeing a team managing 380 inmates and participating in high-level administrative committees. Hardik holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, attained between 2010 and 2015.
